It's really all abo...Good luck on your new process. It's really all about discipline (isn't everything?). Like flossing every night. It's annoying, then it becomes habitual, and maybe pretty soon it becomes something you have to do before you can go to sleep. <BR/><BR/>From the perspective of being a friend, to be honest, it can be hard to encourage someone to do something that's good for them but not fun, because you feel like you're being a wet blanket.
